CUSTOMIZATIONS AT SA·LT ATELIER
Personalized pieces are something very special: individual, unique, and crafted with great care and attention to detail. At the same time, this also means more time, care, and effort in production.

At SA·LT atelier, we place great importance on quality and precision. That’s why we dedicate the necessary time to each custom piece to create a result you’ll love. The production time usually takes up to two weeks, although for particularly complex requests, it may take a bit longer.

The price of your customization is calculated based on the materials used and the labor time. Here is a price guide:

• Resize (enlarge/reduce): €5

New creations:

• Earrings: from €45

• Bracelets: from €50

• Necklaces: from €65

• Artwork: upon request

CUSTOMIZATION PROCESS

Request:
Send us your idea by email at hellosalti@bysaltatelier.com or via the contact form on our website.

Consultation:
We will get in touch with you to discuss all the details, from the design to the choice of materials.

Estimate and payment:
Once everything is clear, we will send you an invoice breaking down the costs of materials, labor, and shipping.

Production:
We will begin creating your custom piece as soon as we receive payment. Please note that, since these are made-to-measure products, returns are not accepted, so we only work with advance payment.

Updates:
If you wish, we will keep you informed about the status of your order throughout the production process.
