Processing Time

All orders are carefully prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days after purchase, unless otherwise stated. As each piece is handmade, processing times may vary slightly during busy periods.

After your order is placed, we will contact you by email to request the desired size of the jewelry piece so it can be adjusted accordingly. If we do not receive a response to this request within a reasonable timeframe, the jewelry will be shipped in its original, unadjusted size.

Please ensure that your contact details are correct and check your emails regularly to avoid delays or unwanted sizing.

Shipping Times

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the destination, shipping method, customs clearance, and the carrier’s performance. Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, SA·LT atelier is not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers, customs authorities, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

International Shipping

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, duties, taxes, or delays. These processes are managed entirely by the destination country’s authorities and may significantly affect delivery times. Any customs fees, import duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Delays

Shipping delays do not qualify for refunds, returns, or exchanges. We cannot guarantee delivery dates, especially during peak seasons such as holidays.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package is delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly for further assistance. Once shipped, responsibility for the package lies with the carrier.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
