Return & Refund Policy

Due to the handmade and often personalized nature of our jewelry, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

All sales are final.

Each piece is carefully crafted by hand, and many items are made to order or adjusted specifically for the customer. For hygiene reasons and because of the unique character of each creation, returns or exchanges are not possible once an order has been placed and shipped.

Please make sure to review all product details carefully before completing your purchase. If you have any questions about sizing, materials, or customization, we strongly encourage you to contact us prior to ordering at hellosalti@bysaltatelier.com.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and find an appropriate solution.

Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.


Repair Service

We offer repairs for damaged jewelry pieces within a 6-month warranty period from the date of purchase.

  • Manufacturing defects will be repaired free of charge within the warranty period.

  • Damage caused by use (such as drops, improper storage, or normal wear and tear) can be repaired for an additional fee.

  • After the warranty period, all repairs are subject to a fee.

Right of Withdrawal – Legal Notice

In accordance with Article 103 of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Sealed items that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed (such as earrings)


Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by postal services, customs procedures, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping delays do not qualify for refunds, returns, or exchanges.
Once an order has been shipped, delivery times depend entirely on the carrier and customs authorities.
