AZURIAS EARRINGS

AZURIAS · two extraordinary fragments of Paua shell, carefully cut, sanded and polished by hand by us, are the protagonists of these particularly special earrings.

Each piece of Paua reveals a different color pattern: one displays greener tones, while the other leans towards fascinating shades of blue. Despite their differences and pronounced asymmetry, the two earrings create a perfectly balanced combination when worn together.

Several Keshi pearls in delicate rosé and golden tones hang from each fragment, individually mounted by hand on 925 sterling silver wire. Their different shapes and lengths add movement, allowing the pearls to move freely with every gesture.

The edges of the Paua pieces are decorated by hand with a mixture of different types of Keshi pearls and small freshwater pearls. Each one has been individually placed and stitched, following the natural shape of the Paua and creating an interesting contrast between the smooth surfaces of the shell and the organic shapes of the pearls.

An extraordinary combination that plays with asymmetry, volume, shape and movement, creating two different earrings that come together perfectly.
