NAYA EARRINGS

At the top sits an organically shaped Keshi pearl. From it, delicate rice pearls cascade down, threaded onto fine 925 sterling silver wire and supporting a hand-worked fragment of Paua shell in fascinating multicoloured tones.

Each of the two Paua fragments reveals its own natural play of colours — no two are ever the same. Yet their individual shades complement each other beautifully, creating a harmonious, vibrant composition full of depth and nuance.

From each shell fragment hang three small rice pearls in soft blue tones, from which another organically shaped Keshi pearl delicately suspends.

The different shapes, colours and textures move freely with every movement, creating a light and almost floating effect. A deliberately imperfect composition in which every pearl and every fragment of shell brings its own shape, texture and character.
