LUNE EARRINGS

LUNE · slightly asymmetrical and reversible earrings created from two beautiful abalone shells. Each shell has been carefully worked and adorned with small freshwater pearls, individually placed by hand on both the inside and outside of the shell, creating a delicate effect reminiscent of tiny feathers gently emerging from the sea.

From each shell hangs a combination of different Keshi pearls, freshwater pearls and small fragments of sea glass, creating a vibrant and organic contrast. The variety of shapes, textures and colours harmonises beautifully with the fascinating natural tones of the shells.

The shells are suspended from delicate 14K gold-filled elements, connected to a long, horizontally positioned Biwa Keshi pearl. This, in turn, holds an extraordinary organically shaped Keshi pearl, whose intense golden and purple tones add depth and luminosity to the composition. The piece is finished with a delicate 14K gold-filled hook.

Their true magic lies in their duality. They can be worn on the luminous, soft nacreous side or turned around to reveal their other face in fascinating shades of green, nacre and silver.

With a simple twist, the earrings completely transform their appearance, revealing a new dimension of the piece — like tiny sea creatures coming to life and moving with the light.
